There is no help centre and no ticket number. If something is broken, or you want a copy of what is held about you, or you want it deleted, that address is the way to reach us.
Deleting everything does not need us. It is in the app, under Yours → Settings → Delete everything. It removes your account and every answer behind it, immediately, and cannot be undone.
Because no email address is stored, we cannot look you up by one, and we cannot send you a way back into an account. If you have lost a device and attached no passkey or Sign in with Apple, your history is gone and we genuinely cannot recover it — there is nothing to find you by.
